Georgia Chopped Pork

Our award-winning BBQ pork is smoked up to 12 hours and chopped to order.





Lemon-pepper marinated half-chicken, roasted and char-grilled to perfection.




Barbeque Chicken

Country-Roasted Chicken flame-kissed and slathered with Rich & Sassy.




Traditional or Boneless Wings

Our award-winning wings tossed in your choice of sauce.




Hot Link Sausage

A real mouthful of hollers! Twelve ounces of hot link sausage best served with an ice-cold beer to douse the flames.




Cedar Plank Salmon

A six ounce fillet caramelized with Pineapple BBQ glaze then grilled and served on a smoldering cedar plank. Served with Grilled Pineapple Steaks and Fresh-Steamed Broccoli.




Sweetwater Catfish

Tender strips lightly-breaded with Cajun-seasoned cornmeal and flash-fried. Served with remoulade sauce.
